Use when the reader needs the answer and the operator's voice, not a posture of expertise.
## Prompt
Write with authority, but don't sound like a white paper. Use direct language, contractions, and the occasional blunt opinion. If you can use a one-syllable word instead of a three-syllable one, do it. Write like someone who knows their stuff and doesn't need to prove it with fancy words.
