Most AI research stops at "here are the findings." That's the moment maximum confidence meets maximum risk.
Phase 5 forces the AI to attack its own analysis using:
- **Pre-mortem** — "How could this be wrong?"
- **Counterfactual** — "What if a core assumption is false?"
- **Blind spot detection** — "What entire category did we miss?"
- **Bias audit** — "Which perspective dominated and skewed the synthesis?"
