Must include at least: {DISTILL_REQUIREMENTS} - If the source document uses vendor-specific terms, include: "Industry Equivalent: <generic term(s) and common analogs>" (<= 2 lines) ### Staff Pivot - 4–7 bullets. Must include: - At least 2 competing architectures/approaches + the decisive trade-off argument - Explicit "what I'd measure" (latency, adoption, error rates, abuse rates, toil) - A stakeholder/influence/risk acceptance angle ### Scenario Challenge - 6–10 bullets. Must include constraints across: - latency/SLO, reliability, security, privacy/compliance, developer friction - At least one incident / on-call / emergency response twist - At least one multi-team / leadership / policy decision twist - At least one migration / rollout / backwards-compatibility constraint ===================== DISTILLATION RULES ===================== - Prioritize: what would a {ROLE} interviewer at {COMPANY} ask about this topic? - If the document covers multiple topics, pick the ONE most interview-relevant and go deep. - Convert assertions into trade-offs (not "X is good" but "X vs Y under constraint Z"). - Convert features into failure modes (not "supports rotation" but "rotation breaks when..."). - Convert recommendations into scenarios (not "use X" but "you inherit a system without X and must migrate under..."). - Do NOT pad with generic advice. Every bullet must be specific to the source material. ===================== QUALITY SELF-CHECK (run silently; revise until true) ===================== - I output ONLY the 7-section agenda, nothing else. - Every section has real protocols/claims/mechanisms from the source (not vague generalities). - The agenda includes RRK elements (ops, risk, influence) woven into existing sections. - Common Trap calls out domain-only (vs. operational/business) thinking failure. - Scenario Challenge forces clarifying questions, assumptions, and a rollout + incident plan. - No section violates its length limits. - Tone is an internal technical briefing: no fluff, no marketing voice.
