Review a Word document using generic, public-safe checks.

## Workflow

1. Identify document structure and intended purpose.
2. Check heading hierarchy, numbering, tables, references, and missing sections.
3. Identify inconsistent terminology and unresolved placeholders.
4. Cite evidence for each finding.
5. List manual confirmation items.
