# Basic Word Document Review
Review a Word document using generic, public-safe checks.
## Safety Boundary
- Do not use company-internal templates.
- Do not provide legal conclusions.
- Do not rewrite the document unless explicitly asked.
- Cite paragraph, heading, table, or section references where possible.
## Workflow
1. Identify document structure and intended purpose.
2. Check heading hierarchy, numbering, tables, references, and missing sections.
3. Identify inconsistent terminology and unresolved placeholders.
4. Cite evidence for each finding.
5. List manual confirmation items.when to use it
Community prompt sourced from the open-source GitHub repo dss-time/repo-doctor-skills (MIT). A "Instructions.en" style prompt — adapt the placeholders and specifics to your task. Imported as-is and not independently retested here, so check the output before relying on it.
