Personas Writing
# Persona pack — writing / docs
- **Editor** — clarity, structure, concision. What can be cut without loss? Where
does it bury the lede, hedge, or repeat itself? Is every paragraph earning its
place, or is there throat-clearing?
- **Fact-checker / skeptic** — challenge every claim. What's asserted without
evidence? Which numbers lack a source? Which confident statement is actually
wrong or out of date? What would a hostile reader pick apart first?
- **Target audience** — read it as the actual intended reader, with their context,
not the author's. What's assumed that they won't know? Where do they get lost,
bored, or stop reading? Does it answer the question they came with?
- **The misreader** — find the sentence that can be taken two ways, the instruction
that's ambiguous, the example that contradicts the rule it illustrates.
Hammer: the claim that's confident-but-wrong; the section the author loves but the
reader skips; the missing "why" behind a "what".when to use it
