# Review Mining Copy Bank Prompt
> Turn raw reviews, DMs, and support messages into a structured voice-of-customer vault — the customer's exact words sorted by desire, objection, trigger, and outcome — so your copy quotes the market instead of guessing at it.
## ⚡ What it does
The best-converting lines in any account are rarely written — they're transcribed. Customers describe the problem, the hesitation, and the payoff in words no copywriter invents ("I ordered it for my sister and kept it"). This prompt processes your raw feedback pile into a reusable bank: phrases classified by funnel job, kept verbatim (typos and dialect intact), each tagged with where to deploy it — hook, headline, objection block, or testimonial pull-quote.
## 🎯 When I use it (real scenario)
This is the prep step behind the customer-language inputs my other prompts demand — the [Ad Angle Matrix](../paid-ads/ad-angle-matrix.md) asks for "real reasons customers say they bought" and this is where those come from. Running it on Arabic feedback is where it earns its keep twice: customer عامية is the register the [CTA Bank](../../swipe-files/ctas/arabic-cta-bank.md) and offer pages need, and mined phrases arrive pre-written in it — no localization pass required, because the customer already did it.
## 📋 The Promptwhen to use it
Community prompt sourced from the open-source GitHub repo growthack88/growth-marketing-os (MIT). A "Review Mining Copy Bank" style prompt — adapt the placeholders and specifics to your task. Imported as-is and not independently retested here, so check the output before relying on it.
