**Current Status:**
✅ Phase 1: Infrastructure fixed (Hugo 0.150.0, SEO config, robots.txt)
✅ Phase 2: Content restructured (broken links fixed)
✅ Phase 3: Arcade theme implemented (Pac-Man colors active)
🔄 Phase 4: Building auto-linking glossary (NEXT - import Kong API Glossary + Awesome Dev Dictionary for 1000+ terms)
⏳ Phase 5: Optimize beginner experience
⏳ Phase 6: Test and launch

1. Import Kong API Glossary (Apache 2.0)
2. Import Awesome Developer Dictionary (MIT)
3. Create unified glossary.json with 1000+ terms
4. Build tech-glossary.js auto-linking script
5. Add tooltip styling and progress tracking
6. Create interactive glossary page

**Important:** The glossary must link to real-world resources and definitions, not just 50 terms but the FULL glossary from official sources.
