## Current State

Live in production at promptcast.app. Core flow (upload → transcribe → generate → download) is stable. Free tier and Pro tier both functional. First paying users acquired. Post-launch focus is retention, output quality improvements, and evaluating Phase 2 integrations.

## Active Blockers

None blocking. Two open quality items: chapter marker timestamps occasionally off by 10–15 seconds on longer episodes, and the social clip output needs a rewrite pass for tone consistency.

Shipped two bug fixes: corrected a race condition in the Whisper job queue that caused occasional 504s on long episodes, and fixed a CSS layout break on mobile upload view. No feature work — stability focus only.
