## Purpose
Draft an email in Salman's voice and send it directly via M365 Mail MCP — no copy-paste into Outlook.

## Prerequisites
- M365 Agents Toolkit MCP server running (provides Mail MCP tools)
- Writing Voice profile loaded (`prompts/voice-profile.md`)

## Input
Provide these fields:
- **to**: Recipient email(s)
- **intent**: What this email needs to accomplish (reply, outreach, status update, escalation, proposal)
- **audience**: internal_peer | leadership | partner_customer
- **key_facts**: Bullet points of what to communicate
- **context** (optional): Reference emails, meeting notes, or prior thread
- **verbosity**: concise | standard | detailed (default: standard)
- **directness**: direct | balanced | warm (default: balanced)

## Workflow

### Step 1: Draft
Apply the voice profile to generate the email body:
1. Select tone defaults from the Tone by Audience table in `voice-profile.md`
2. Apply the Structure Template matching the intent
3. Inject key facts into the structure
4. Run the Validation Checklist

### Step 2: Review
Display the draft for review. Ask:
- Send as-is?
- Edit first?
- Discard?

### Step 3: Send via M365 Mail MCP
