Here's everything on my plate. Help me turn it into a realistic week.

BRAIN DUMP:
"""
{list everything — tasks, half-thoughts, obligations, in any order}
"""

Constraints:
- Focus hours available this week: {rough number}
- The ONE thing that must get done: {your keystone}

Produce:
1. The keystone task, protected first — when to do it and what to say no to for it.
2. Everything else sorted into: Do / Schedule / Delegate / Drop. Be willing to put things in Drop.
3. A day-by-day rough plan that doesn't assume I'm a machine (leave slack).
4. The two things most likely to blow up this plan, and a pre-decided response to each.

when to use it

The keystone-first structure fights the planning failure where urgent-but-trivial tasks crowd out the one thing that matters. Section 2's 'Drop' bucket is the useful discomfort — a good plan says no to something. Section 3's 'don't assume I'm a machine' prevents the fantasy schedule you'll abandon by Tuesday. Section 4 is pre-mortem thinking: deciding your response to the likely derailment before it happens. Re-run every Monday.
