The keystone-first structure fights the planning failure where urgent-but-trivial tasks crowd out the one thing that matters. Section 2's 'Drop' bucket is the useful discomfort — a good plan says no to something. Section 3's 'don't assume I'm a machine' prevents the fantasy schedule you'll abandon by Tuesday.
