Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Pro. If it’s not for you, we offer a straightforward refund.
7-day refund
You can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase — whether it’s a monthly, yearly or lifetime plan — no questions asked. The only exception is if you’ve used Pro to bulk-export the whole prompt library in that time, since that captures the paid value up front.
How to request one
Email promptmine@shengfangmedia.com from the address on your account, or reply to the receipt email our payment provider sent you. Include your order or subscription reference if you have it. We’ll process approved refunds back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days (your bank may take a little longer to show it).
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account or the receipt email. Cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your Pro access until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling on its own is not a refund of the current period; if you want a refund as well, ask us within the 7-day window above.
After 7 days
Beyond the 7-day window we generally don’t offer refunds for time already elapsed on a subscription, but we’re reasonable — if something went genuinely wrong, email us and we’ll do our best to make it right. This policy doesn’t affect any statutory refund rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
