Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PromptMine (the “Service”), available at promptmine.app. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
PromptMine is a web application that provides a searchable library of AI prompts and multi-step workflow packs. Browsing and copying prompts is free. A paid “Pro” subscription unlocks additional tooling (a variable generator, full workflow packs, batch export) and removes usage limits. We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
You do not need an account to browse. To save favourites or subscribe to Pro you create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create an account.
3. Subscriptions, billing and payments
Pro is offered as a recurring monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, at the prices shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or the receipt email; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: resell or redistribute the Pro tooling or bulk-export the library for redistribution as a competing product; scrape the Service in a way that harms its availability; attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. Copying and using individual prompts for your own work — commercial or personal — is expressly allowed and encouraged.
5. Content and intellectual property
Individual prompts are free to read, copy and use. Curated prompts are our original work; other prompts are imported from openly-licensed collections and each prompt page lists its source. The Service itself — its software, design, workflow packs as organised collections, and the PromptMine name and branding — remains our property or that of our licensors, and is not licensed to you except to use the Service as intended. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any prompt output before relying on it.
6. Third-party AI models
Prompts are designed to be used with third-party AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini). PromptMine is independent and not affiliated with those providers. We do not control and are not responsible for the output, availability or policies of any third-party model.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Prompts and their usage notes are provided for general guidance; we do not warrant that any prompt will produce a particular result. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptMine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of prompt output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) continue to apply.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will notify account holders. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
