## Changes Reviewed

### 1. BUG-025 FIX: session-tracker.sh namespace rename — VERIFIED ✅

**Problem:** Both `session-tracker.sh` and `cycle-tracker.sh` exported `orch_tracker_init()`, `orch_tracker_window()`, `orch_tracker_stats()`. Whichever was sourced last would overwrite the other's functions.

**Fix:** session-tracker.sh public API renamed:
- `orch_tracker_init` → `orch_session_init`
- `orch_tracker_window` → `orch_session_window`
- `orch_tracker_stats` → `orch_session_stats`

Internal state vars renamed `_ORCH_TRACKER_*` → `_ORCH_SESSION_*`.
Guard renamed `_ORCH_TRACKER_LOADED` → `_ORCH_SESSION_TRACKER_LOADED`.
Internal functions renamed `_orch_tracker_*` → `_orch_session_*`.

**Verification:**
- 33/33 session-tracker tests PASS with new names
- Zero stale `orch_tracker_init/window/stats` references in `src/core/session-tracker.sh`
- `cycle-tracker.sh` retains its own `orch_tracker_*` namespace — no collision
- Integration test T2 explicitly verifies both guards coexist
- Integration test lines 298-299 verify `orch_tracker_init` belongs to cycle-tracker after sourcing both modules

### 2. Integration test expansion (8 → 22 modules) — VERIFIED ✅

**Changes:**
- Sources all 22 modules in documented order (v0.1.0 → v0.3.0+)
- Tests 22 double-source guards (was 8)
- Tests 74+ public API function existence checks (was ~20)
- Adds explicit BUG-025 collision test (lines 298-299)
- Raises `orch_fn_count` threshold from 20 → 80

**Verdict:** Comprehensive. Good defensive test against future namespace collisions.
