# QA Cycle 19 Report
**Date:** 2026-04-01
**Cycle:** 1 (auto/cycle-1-0401-0407 branch)
**Verdict:** CONDITIONAL PASS — BUG-026 still open, must be fixed before wiring agent-health-report.sh

---

## Test Results

### Core Module Tests
- **25/25 test files PASS** (run-tests.sh)
- 109 integration assertions PASS (test-integration.sh)
- 27 freshness-detector tests PASS
- 21 E2E dry-run assertions PASS
- **0 regressions**

### Syntax Checks
- **23/23 src/core/ modules PASS** (`bash -n`)
- **12/12 scripts/ files PASS** (`bash -n`)
- All scripts now have `set -euo pipefail` (QA-F002 resolved)

### Dry-Run E2E
- `auto-agent.sh orchestrate --dry-run` exits 0
- All 9 agents listed, table structure correct
- Parallel groups computed (3 groups: 4+4+1)
- Ownership paths shown, no-execution notice present
- No bash errors in output

---

## New Module Reviews

### freshness-detector.sh (#167) — QA PASS
- 5 public functions, all tested (27/27)
- Detects stale dates, completed refs, blockers, cycle refs
- Double-source guard present
- `find` call handles both .md and .txt correctly
- Date parsing supports both GNU and BSD date formats
- Proper `mktemp` cleanup in tests

### health-dashboard.sh (#184) — QA PASS
- Self-contained HTML with embedded JS charts (no CDN deps)
- Parses agents.conf, router-state, audit.jsonl, metrics.jsonl
- `prev=""` properly initialized (line 61) — not affected by BUG-026
- `xdg-open` only runs when stdout is a terminal
- Chart rendering: bar + line charts, dark theme (#0a0a0a)

### audit-log.sh updates (#182) — QA PASS
- Appends `prompt_lines` and `tokens_est` fields to audit.jsonl
- Backward compatible (fields default to 0)
- `mkdir -p` ensures audit directory exists
- Token estimate: lines * 4 (rough but acceptable for tracking)

### test-e2e-dry-run.sh (#162) — QA PASS
- 21 assertions covering header, table, agents, groups, ownership, no-error
- CI-friendly: no git ops, no side effects
- Captures both stdout and stderr

---

## Open Bugs

### BUG-026 (#190) — HIGH — STILL OPEN
**File:** `scripts/agent-health-report.sh:48`
**Problem:** `prev` variable used in `case "$prev"` without initialization. With `set -u`, this crashes immediately when `audit.jsonl` exists.
**Reproduction:** Create any `.orchystraw/audit.jsonl` and run `bash scripts/agent-health-report.sh`
**Error:** `scripts/agent-health-report.sh: line 48: prev: unbound variable`
**Fix:** Add `prev=""` on line 44 (after `tok=0`), same pattern as `health-dashboard.sh:61`
**Assigned to:** 06-backend
**Note:** `health-dashboard.sh` has the identical parser but WAS correctly fixed. Only `agent-health-report.sh` was missed.

- Integration test covers all 23 modules (109 assertions)
- BUG-025 namespace fix verified (orch_tracker_* vs orch_session_*)
