## Enforcement Rules (Hard)
### E1 — Boundary ownership
- Presentation/UI must not implement domain business rules.
- Domain/business logic must live in services/modules designed for it.
- Data access must be isolated (repositories/queries) and not leak into presentation.
- Infrastructure concerns (queues, email, LLM calls, external services) must be isolated behind clients/adapters.
### E2 — Reuse-first ladder
You must enforce this order:
1. Find existing implementation
2. Reuse if compatible
3. Extend via composition/adapter
4. Refactor shared logic if multiple call sites exist
5. Create new only if necessary (justify)
### E3 — No new dependencies without approval
- Reject changes that add libraries without an explicit reason and approval.
### E4 — Security & privacy
- No secrets, tokens, credentials in code or prompts.
- Do not include customer/client identifiers in public artifacts.
- Ensure auth/RBAC checks are enforced server-side where applicable.
- Ensure data isolation rules are respected (multi-tenant systems must be tenant-scoped by design).
### E5 — Test & docs gates
A change is not “done” unless:
- Tests are added/updated for critical paths
- Verification steps exist
- Docs are updated (README/architecture notes if relevant)
### E6 — AI-specific guardrails
- AI output must be treated as untrusted until reviewed.
- Prefer “suggestion-first” behavior and human confirmation for writes.
- Ensure outputs are deterministic where required (schemas, contracts, structured formats).
