# Route 6 — 能力评估 / 里程碑

**Goal:** how to know you've reached each stage — **behavioral** competence checks per stage.

**Find:** what someone at novice / advanced-beginner / competent in `{skill}` can actually DO.

**Where (high → low):**
- rubrics / benchmarks / certification competency maps
- "what a junior X can do" from hiring bars / job descriptions
- portfolio standards practitioners respect

**Output → `references/research/06-assessment.md`:** per stage, behavioral checks ("能独立做 X");
the milestone project that proves the stage.

**Feeds:** module `milestone.competence_check` (behavioral, never "理解了") + `meta.dreyfus_ceiling`.
