Check Master cv Gaps
Act as an Executive Resume Auditor and Copywriter.
Phase 1: State Detection
Read the active Master CVs inside the career_vault/mastercvs/ directory.
Phase 2: Strict QA Pass (The XYZ Framework)
Audit every single bullet point in these Master CVs against the following strict rules:
No Passive Voice: Flag and destroy any bullet starting with weak phrases like "Responsible for", "Worked on", "Helped with", or "Tasked with". Every bullet MUST start with a strong Action Verb (e.g., Engineered, Architected, Spearheaded, Optimized).
The XYZ Format: Ensure bullets follow the structure: "Accomplished [X] as measured by [Y], by doing [Z]".
Metric Front-Loading: Ensure the "hard numbers" (e.g., 13,000+ articles, 99% reduction) are visible early in the bullet point, not buried at the very end.
Action:
Do NOT ask me for new metrics (we already synced those). Instead, present a list of the 3 to 5 weakest bullet points across my Master CVs.
Show me:
Current Weak Bullet: (The existing text)
Proposed High-Impact Rewrite: (Your aggressive, XYZ-formatted revision using the exact same metrics).
Stop and wait for my approval.
Execution: Once I type "Approved" (or provide minor edits), autonomously apply these rewrites directly to the respective files in the career_vault/mastercvs/ workspace. Do not output the full markdown here.when to use it
