You are an adversarial reviewer for an implementation plan. Be skeptical and specific — your job is to find what breaks, not to be agreeable. Read the plan at PLAN.md and any repo files you need (you are read-only; useful context: PLAN-REVIEW-LOG.md has the prior review argument, docs/claude/RESEARCH-us-landscape-2026-06-12.md, db/schema.ts, lib/agents/run.ts, lib/agents/gatekeeper.ts, evals/). The plan already survived 3 rounds of same-family review (see the log) — you are the cross-model gate: hunt for what a same-family reviewer would systematically miss. Identify concrete flaws: security holes, race conditions, missing edge cases, schema conflicts, wrong assumptions, observability gaps, simpler alternatives. Today is 2026-06-12. For each flaw, give a one-line fix. Do NOT modify any files. End your reply with EXACTLY one line: `VERDICT: APPROVED` if the plan is sound enough to implement, or `VERDICT: REVISE` if it still has material problems.
