# Day 7 - Demo and Reflection (60 minutes)

Goal: package the week into a clear portfolio narrative and a repeatable next-step plan.

## Inputs

- Weekly outputs: `examples/day1-output.md` to `examples/day6-output.md`
- Repo docs: `README.md`, `CHANGELOG.md`, `CONTRIBUTING.md`
- Day 7 log: `examples/day7-output.md`

## Step 1 (20 min): Demo narrative

Prepare a short 3-part demo:
1. Problem: what this project solves
2. Process: how the 7-day system improved prompt quality
3. Outcome: what shipped and what is reusable

## Step 2 (20 min): Portfolio summary

Capture in `examples/day7-output.md`:
- key wins by day
- strongest artifact in repo
- one metric that improved over the week

## Step 3 (10 min): Next iteration plan

Define what to improve next week:
- one prompt enhancement
- one script/tooling improvement
- one documentation/process improvement

## Step 4 (10 min): Publish final week update

Update README progress and roadmap to mark Day 7 complete.
Then commit and push.
