3. **Bloom's level distribution** appropriate for the grade band
4. **Question type allocation** (MCQ, Numeric, Matching, etc.)
5. **Context requirements** for authenticity and engagement

This blueprint serves as the **structured input** for the Two-Stage Question Generation workflow.
