Gap Interview
# 02 Gap Interview
## Purpose
Use this after the context audit to collect the minimum missing context needed to make ChatGPT more useful.
## Prompt
Based on that audit, interview me to correct and improve your context.
Ask me the minimum number of high-leverage questions needed to understand:
- My current work, study, creative, or personal role
- My top 3 objectives
- My current projects or recurring responsibilities
- My weekly or regular operating cadence
- My key outcomes, metrics, deadlines, or success criteria
- My collaborators, stakeholders, audience, clients, or team, if relevant
- My tools and systems
- My decision-making preferences
- What kind of help I want from ChatGPT
- What advice style works best for me
- What you should not assume or remember
Ask no more than 15 questions. Group related questions together. Prioritize questions where the answer would materially improve your usefulness.
## Expected output
- No more than 15 questions
- Questions grouped by topic
- Clear prioritization of high-leverage gaps
- No generic biography questions unless needed
## Failure modes
- Asking too many questions
- Asking questions already answered by the audit
- Asking low-leverage personal trivia
- Failing to ask what should not be rememberedwhen to use it
