These prompts help with execution hygiene: status, notes, Jira cleanup, Slack summaries, action items, and RAID logs.
The goal is not to make junior TPMs sound senior overnight. The goal is to help them build the habits that matter: capture the facts, name the owner, show the risk, and make the next step obvious.

## Coaching note
A clean artifact is helpful. A clean artifact that also shows what is missing is better.
Junior TPMs should get comfortable saying, "I do not have enough information yet to call this Green." That is not a weakness. That is judgment starting to form.when to use it
