## Language support

The output language is controlled by the `language` field in the dispute case:

- `en` (default): English output.
- `zh`: Chinese (简体中文) output with localized section headings.
- `bilingual`: Both English and Chinese for each section.
- Any other BCP-47 tag: output in the specified language.
