# Route 3 — 高手当年怎么学的

**Goal:** the *real* path (not the idealized syllabus) — shortcuts, what they skipped, what mattered.

**Find:** how people who actually got good at `{skill}` learned it.

**Where (high → low):**
- "how I learned `{skill}`" long-form essays / talks
- expert interviews where they describe their *own* learning
- learning-in-public logs (devlogs, study journals)

**Output → `references/research/03-paths.md`:** 3-6 real paths summarized; recurring shortcuts;
"wish I'd skipped" items; "wish I'd done sooner" items — each citing a source id.

**Feeds:** ordering tweaks to the DAG, the "资深路径" notes, and which milestone projects are
real-world-credible.
