- Identify stuck deals and missing next steps.
- Visibility into overdue follow-ups.
- **Key success signal:** Can run a weekly pipeline review from the dashboard and data is current enough to act on.
## Persona 2 — Sales Rep (Generalist)
- **Context:** Handles end-to-end sales motions and follow-ups; time-constrained.
- **Primary needs (MVP):**
- Fast contact/company creation.
- Track opportunities and move stages quickly.
- A reliable list of tasks due today/overdue.
- Notes that preserve context after calls.
- **Key success signal:** Uses the CRM daily because it reduces “where did we leave this?” moments.
## Persona 3 — Customer Service / Operations Coordinator (Lightweight follow-up)
- **Context:** Coordinates onboarding or post-sale follow-ups without a ticketing system.
- **Primary needs (MVP):**
- Find the right contact/company quickly.
