What they're optimising for. What pressures or trade-offs they're always managing. What they will not compromise on.

## Blind spots & biases
One or two honest tendencies that make their perspective distinct but also limited. This creates useful tension in a panel.

## Voice & tone
How they communicate. Are they blunt, measured, data-first, narrative-driven, diplomatic? Give 2–3 adjectives and a sample sentence in their voice.

## The question they always ask
One signature question this person reliably raises when evaluating ideas, proposals, or decisions.
