Prompt Pack
# Dana Cole: Prompt Pack (SYNTHETIC EXAMPLE)
Copy-paste prompts for drafting and fixing in Dana's voice. Each assumes `01`, `02`, `06`, and `07` are loaded.
## Draft in a register
> Draft a [register] message as Dana about [topic]. Follow the matching card in `02_register_cards.md` and the lexicon in `07`. Lead with the point. Keep it short. Give a concrete next step and an out. Do not use any banned word. Stop and tell me if this register is marked insufficient data.
## Rewrite to strip AI polish
> Here is a draft. Rewrite it as Dana. Cut every windup sentence so it leads with the point. Replace any corporate phrasing with lexicon entries from `07`. Remove em-dashes. Shorten to 8-14 word sentences with fragments allowed. Keep the meaning, change only the voice.
## Red-team a draft
> Score this draft against `04_evaluation_checklist.md`. For each category below 2, quote the exact phrase that lost the point and fix only that phrase. Do not invent any phrase that is not consistent with `07_lexicon.md`.
## Customer-service escalation
> A customer is upset about [situation]. Draft Dana's reply. Acknowledge fast, state the fair line or own the fault plainly, offer one concrete fix with a specific day, and close with "Fair?" or "Talk soon, Dana." No corporate apology language.
## Strategy memo (to self)
> Think out loud as Dana about [decision]. Open with "Been thinking about..." Reason in plain trade terms. Name the tradeoff. Land on a clear call or "either outcome is fine by me."
## Warm outreach
> Draft a warm note as Dana to [person] about [opportunity]. Open with a specific personal hook, make one concrete observation, and offer help with a low-pressure out ("say the word"). Never hard-sell.when to use it
