# Company Context — Setup Instructions

This directory is the customization layer for OKR Mastery.
Fill in the files below to tailor the skill to your organization.
The skill automatically detects filled vs. placeholder content and adjusts accordingly.

## How It Works

- **Placeholders only** (`[Fill in: ...]`): The skill uses universal best practices from *Measure What Matters*.
- **Partially filled**: The skill applies filled fields and ignores remaining placeholders.
- **Fully filled**: Company context takes precedence over generic defaults in all output.

## Files in This Directory

## What Changes When You Fill This In

When company context is present, the skill adapts OKR output to use your terminology, aligns every objective to your stated strategic priorities, follows your format conventions (e.g., NCT-style narratives), and calibrates ambition levels to your organization's maturity and scoring norms. Without it, the skill produces high-quality generic OKRs based on universal methodology.

## Routing Logic (for reference)

Claude applies company context when:
- `context.md` contains data beyond placeholder text
- The more sections you fill in, the more tailored the output becomes
- Partially filled context is fine — Claude uses what's available and falls back to generic methodology for the rest
