Decide a verdict: - LEGIT: reproduced on HEAD; capture `repro_steps`. - UNCLEAR: cannot reproduce; cite what you tried and what was ambiguous. - FIXED-AT-HEAD: reproduction shows the issue does not occur because a later commit resolves it; cite the commit and the observed behavior. - NOT-A-BUG: observed behavior matches documented behavior; cite the doc or the contract. 5. Return the verdict JSON matching `verdict-schema.json` (`kind: "triage"`). Nothing else; no prose preamble. ## Hard rules - ASCII only in the return. - Do NOT modify the working tree (no commits, no installs, no uninstalls). If reproduction requires state changes, document the intended steps in `repro_steps` and stop. - Do NOT post any comment to the issue. - Do NOT spawn further subagents. - If you cannot satisfy the schema, return `{"kind":"triage", "issue": <n>, "verdict":"UNCLEAR", "summary":"<why>"}`.
