Workspaces with CONTEXT.md + AGENT.md + LEARNINGS.md, skills; plus transversal claude-mem
persistent memory and an opt-in Learning layer (Durcir stack) where workspace rules
harden through 3 levels — L1 `LEARNINGS.md` → L2 `AGENT.md ## Rules` → L3 root Gotchas —
fed via `/memorise` and auto-injected at session start via a hook).
