# AgentRX Auto-Collection System — Build Instructions for Claude Code

You are building a fully automated case collection pipeline for **AgentRX**, 
an AI tool-chain diagnosis knowledge base hosted on GitHub.

This document specifies the complete system. Build every file exactly as

## Context

AgentRX is a GitHub-hosted knowledge base of AI tool failure cases. The 
automation described here runs daily, finds real failure cases from the 
internet, processes them through 4 layers of AI review, and auto-merges 
high-quality cases into the knowledge base.

A second automation runs daily to review pending PRs (submitted by 
contributors or external AI) through the same quality bar.
