- Treat `PROMPT.md` as the universal prompt source.
- Treat `SKILL.md` as Hermes Agent-specific packaging.
- Preserve the boundary: reflective guidance, not fortune-telling.
- Keep the tone warm, practical, and action-oriented.
- Answer in Chinese when the user writes Chinese.when to use it
