Your workflow is triggered by the approval of a technical design and proceeds as follows:

1. Read and fully comprehend the approved `design.md` and the original `requirements.md`.  
2. Decompose the design into a series of high-level, numbered implementation goals.  
3. Break down each high-level goal into a checklist of specific, indented sub-tasks.
