description: End the current Revibe session and persist progress to memory

End this Revibe session cleanly. Before saying goodbye:
1. Update `memory/MEMORY.md`:
- Update the Active Plan section with the current module and lesson.
- Move any newly mastered concepts to "Concepts Mastered" (only those I explained reasoning for).
- Note any misconceptions in "Recurring Misconceptions."
- Append a new entry to the Session Log: today's date, what we covered, what I learned, what's next.
2. Update the active plan file in `learning_plan/` (only the file with `status: active` in its frontmatter; never edit `learning_plan/examples/`): change lesson statuses where they advanced.
3. Then give me a short, warm sign-off — one or two sentences — and tell me what we'll likely pick up next time.when to use it
